8:45am. Instructions given to Son #1 about double checking the central locking as it might not have worked as expected. Also let him know all the keys were on one key ring and NOT TO LOSE THEM.
5:00pm. Son #1 calls. 'Dad, I've locked the keys in the car'
Sigh.
Note to self, I didn't tell him to not lock them in the car, only to not lose them.
His momentary lapse of concentration will cost him 15% of his remaining savings, so a salutary lesson.
